The NHS Discharge Medicines Service (DMS) is an essential service within the Community Pharmacy Contractual Framework (CPCF) which started 15 February 2021.

DMS Reports
Monthly reports showing the number of complete and incomplete claims made by Pharmacies are available.
These reports contain detailed pharmacy data and a summary at ICB level with a national running total.
The detailed pharmacy data includes a separate row for each claim that a pharmacy made. Each row includes information about the stages that were claimed.
The month refers to the month in which the pharmacy submitted their claim to the NHSBSA.
