Christmas period availability

During the festive period, our support team will be available during the following hours:

23 December - 8am to 4pm
24 December - 8am to 2pm
25 December - Closed
26 December - Closed
27 December - Closed
28 December - Closed
29 December - Closed
30 December - 10pm to 2pm
31 December - 10pm to 2pm
1 January - Closed

We'll resume normal service (Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm) from 2 January 2025.

We provide support to our customers by email. If you'd prefer us to respond on Microsoft Teams or by phone, state this at the beginning of your message when you make your enquiry.

Our support team is available Monday to Friday, from 8am to 4pm. We aim to respond to your query within 5 working days.

We are unable to help with queries relating to:

  • penalty charge notices
  • Prescription Pre-Payment Certificates
  • exemption certificates
  • NHS Pensions members or employers
  • Electronic Staff Record (ESR)
  • Overseas Healthcare
  • student bursaries
