We can provide you with an interpreter service if English is not your first language and you need advice about getting help with the cost of any of the following:
- NHS prescriptions
- NHS dental treatment
- Sight tests
- Glasses or contact lenses
- NHS wigs and fabric supports
- Travel to receive NHS treatment

When you call, tell us in English that you need advice in another language and tell us what that language is. If you cannot speak English, ask a friend who can to tell us what you need.
We will provide an interpreter, usually within a few minutes. If an interpreter is not available when you call, we will make an appointment to call you back.
