What we do
We offer standardised performance and contract management across England and Wales for NHS dentistry, and across England in Pharmaceutical Services, GP Services and Ophthalmic Services. We deliver quality and value for money.
We provide direct support to commissioners and primary care contractors.
We have robust processes in place to identify areas of variation, risk and complexity and use an evidence-based approach to design and conduct reviews using data and clinical and contractual expertise.
We take action where necessary through focussed assurance exercises which are consultative, proportionate and consistent.
We aim to achieve positive continuous improvement and behaviour change.
We work with NHS Improvement and NHS Counter Fraud Authority specialists to reduce loss and fraud through proactive identification of suspected loss in the system.
