We are aware of an issue with WebEDI which means any submissions made between the following times may have been affected:
11:49am and 1:04pm on Tuesday 4 February 2025
12:20pm and 12:33pm on Wednesday 5 February 2025
Suppliers should resubmit any files they submitted between these times.
Compass will not be available from 6pm until 9pm on Wednesday 12 February 2025
This is due to essential maintenance. Suppliers will still be able to send files during this time.
Some Compass functions will be removed and will not be available from 9pm on Wednesday 12 February 2025 until 2pm on Thursday 13 February 2025.
The following functions will not be available:
• Contract setup
• Contract amend
• Closed contract amend
• Allocation of foundation dentists to contracts
Make sure any contract amendments and adjustments are cleared by 6pm on Wednesday 12 February 2025. This is because all unauthorised changes will be rejected and will need to be input again when the Compass functions are made available.

Adding, removing, or amending clinicians - England only
To add or remove a clinician from your contract, or to amend their estimated earnings, you must:
- Make the change using the ‘Contract Amend’ function on Compass.
- Complete a Compass authorisation form (CAF) and email it to your commissioner.
You must submit a CAF within 7 days of making the changes on Compass.
