Annual Reconciliation Report deadline extension
The Annual Reconciliation Report process (ARR) for 2025/26 has been extended until 6pm on Monday 20 July 2026. This is your final opportunity to declare your figures before the ARR is processed.
The following Compass functions will be unavailable from 6pm on Monday 20 July until midday on Friday 24 July while the Annual Reconciliation Report (ARR) declarations for 2025/26 are being processed
• Contract Setup
• Contract Amend
• Closed Contract Amend
• Payment Adjustment Create/Amend
• Payment Adjustment Approval
• Clinician Update
• Allocation of Foundation Dentists to Contracts
Any unauthorised contract adjustment changes will be automatically rejected when the functions are removed.

Adding, removing, or amending clinicians - England only
To add or remove a clinician from your contract, or to amend their estimated earnings, you must:
- Make the change using the ‘Contract Amend’ function on Compass.
- Complete a Compass authorisation form (CAF) and email it to your commissioner.
You should submit a CAF within 7 days of making the changes on Compass.
