We are aware of an error on NHS Pension Scheme members’ 2023/24 Pension Saving Statements (PSS) issued to a small number of members. This means the Pension Input Amount figure stated on your PSS is lower than it should be. If you have not received a 2023/24 PSS, you are not affected by this issue. We will not issue any further 2023/24 PSS until this issue is resolved.
We sincerely apologise for this mistake and for any inconvenience it might cause. We are in the process of rectifying the situation. Once the issue has been resolved, we will reissue 2023/24 PSS for all affected members.
You do not need to contact us if you think you are affected. We will contact all affected members directly as soon as we are able. We will automatically reissue all members a corrected PSS as soon as possible.
